The story
The rescue route has become the trap.
A broken footbridge leaves a civet and a tapir calf stranded in Thornheart Jungle. Your pet answers their call and wakes a connected web of roots, growing a living road toward the river. For a moment, the rescue looks magnificent. Then a sleeping crownvine steals the new growth, and the way out begins folding inward. Pulling away does not stop it. To end the attack, your pet will have to make a choice that cannot be undone for this road. Even that may leave one last barrier between the three companions and open riverlight. The calf and civet are ready to help. First, your pet has to let the magnificent road go.
Who it’s for: For jungle-rescue fans ages 6–9 who like wild plant powers, a rescue gone wrong and a difficult choice. A birthday or gotcha-day comic starring the family dog or cat.

What kind of enemy does the hero face?
A greedy vine takes over the living road the pet has grown. The danger comes from closing plants and a rescue route becoming a cage. The hero must stop its own creation, then work with the stranded animals to escape.
How intense is the jungle rescue?
There is confinement and a difficult choice, with bold action rather than a gentle walk through the jungle. Nobody gets hurt. Everyone escapes, and the final pages return to a quiet home. It suits ages 6–9.
What does my dog or cat need to do in the story?
Any dog or cat can star, illustrated just as they are, including pets with missing limbs. The hero grows a path, breaks the vine’s hold and works with two new friends to find the way out.

One pet, facing the camera, in good light. Daylight near a window is best. The face, colors and markings should be sharp. Skip heavy shadows, busy backgrounds and photos with two pets. A phone photo is fine.
Is the art made with AI?
Yes. We make the pictures with AI from the photo you send. They are not painted by hand. A real person on our team checks every book before it prints.
What happens to my photo?
We keep it, with what you typed and the art we made. That way we can reprint your book if something goes wrong, and make your next book without a new photo. To have it deleted, email support@illustratedyou.com, or ask us to close your account. No public gallery. No ads without asking you first. We don’t train AI on your photos, and we set up the AI services we use so they don’t train their general AI models on them either.
